Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. If the product isn't right for you, here's how it works.

 

Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use or tampering will be declined.

 

How to Return

Email customers@polarhaircare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and send return instructions.

Please don't ship items back without prior approval — returns sent to unauthorized addresses won't be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

 

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5–7 business days and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

 

Shipping Costs

  • You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

  • We pay return shipping if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Inspect your order on delivery. If something's wrong, contact us within 14 days and include:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label (required for missing item claims)

We'll review and make it right.

 

Bundles

Bundle items must be returned together, in full. We can't accept partial bundle returns.

 

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap products, return your original order — once approved, you'll receive store credit by email to use on a new purchase.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly (sometimes within hours), so changes aren't guaranteed once an order is placed. We'll try our best if you reach out right away. For security, we can't redirect parcels mid-shipment. If a package can't be delivered to the original address, it returns to our warehouse and is treated as a return.

 

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing customers@polarhaircare.com with your order details. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel before your next scheduled order date. Cancellations requested after an order has already been processed will take effect from the following cycle.

 

Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases — including the 30-day return window and unopened, unused condition requirements.

We stand behind Polar Instant Dye Shampoo. If you've followed our recommended usage guidelines and don't see results, you're eligible for a full refund — even on opened product.

To qualify, please:

  • Follow the usage instructions included with your order

  • Document your experience with clear before and after photos

  • Contact us at customers@polarhaircare.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos

  • Return the product to us once your claim is approved

Once we receive and review your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Right to Refuse

Polar Haircare may refuse returns that don't meet these guidelines — including used items, incomplete returns, items outside the 30-day window, or returns sent without approval. Placing an order means you agree to this policy.
