you could improve by getting your product off of the market it is worse than any store-bought product it is good in one way there was no smell and it didn't leak all over you know just dripping on your clothes and everything and it was easy to get off that was perfect it did not color the gray it didn't do any justice at Wolf of my hair it is the worst product on the market ever and I'm not the only one my daughter-in-law bought it and it didn't cover up her grades and she is not even 50 years old so she didn't have many grades it is a very big disappointment and I expect all of my money back I would not recommend this to anybody ever do not buy this product you will lose your money it's a false advertisement
When I initially used the product, I was somewhat disappointed as the gray was not totally covered. I think I left it on for the initial 15 minutes as suggested on the package. The next time I used the product I looked closer at the instructions and made the following adjustments and the result was much better. Here are my suggestions for a better outcome: 1. I always start with dry hair. 2. If your roots are totally white, always start the product at the roots. I would start at the roots at all times as this is where most of our grays appear. 3. Use a fine tooth comb to part each sub section of the hair. This provides better application management. 4. Add the product to your hand or gloves, rub the mixture with both hands to activate the dye then apply to the parted section. 5. Ensure that the product covers the entire head. 6. Begin working the product upward into the rest of the hair and add additional product as needed to completely cover the hair. 7. Cover the hair with a plastic cap and allow the hair to rest for the complete 15 mins. I have resistant gray so I leave mine on for an additional 15 mins. I have left it on longer with no damage to my hair. 8. Rinse the product from hair, shampoo hair to remove any residual dye, apply a conditioner, rinse and continue styling your hair as usual. When new growth appears, I just do touchups to those areas as typically its just the hair line that is showing the most grays from new growth. I am on my 3rd bottle of shampoo and have just ordered three additional bottles. If the product hadn't worked satisfactorily I would not have purchased any additional products. Hope this helps! It will stain tiled showers. I don’t want my new shower to get stained. I want a refund. On website it says wont stain on box it says different

Bought 3 bottles, have used 1 up. The colour did not last long, on application initially I felt scalp irritation for a while, my hair felt drier although I used more conditioner than usual. Have now resorted to use the product that I used to get a satisfying effect, which lasts longer.
I have only used the product once since delivery. I noticed that my hair felt softer and not as dry as it usually has been. I will need to use the product more frequently to rate my satisfaction higher.
I must admit I was skeptical at first I brought the black. The first time I used it I did not do it properly did not squirt in my hand rub both hands together, a needed step, and apply to my new growth & scalp. I too thought I need to return this. But then I tried again this time doing it exactly as explain I felt I needed more like 10 pumps as opposed to three however I can see that less pumps will do the same next time. This time it did really work! The color was not as black as my hair which was box colored more a very dark brown black but I'm okay with that i had full coverage in addition it did not come off on my pillows. I think regular application will darken the color at least I hope. I'm a fan I suggest to everyone give it a try a couple of times and be patient.

I love using the colour as it covers my bits of grey. It masks the grey and completely covers in places depending on how long I leave it on. As an hairdresser I can say this is the safest product on the market. I will be ordering the shampoo and conditioner as I know the products will help make the colour last longer.
I received the Color Protect Shampoo 3/4 empty. The shampoo was spilled inside the box. I emailed Customer Service Dept and no response. I am requesting another bottle of shampoo. On the email I sent had pictures showing how I received it.
I used the shampoo it didn’t get to roots of stubborn grey I only get it around the crown of my head. Or where it’s really coming out curly naturally. But I really need a money back guarantee.
