I originally ordered 2 bottles of dark brown since my mother raved about it. I tried it but all it did was turn my gray roots reddish blonde. I contacted customer service and asked for advice. I was told to leave it on longer and use more, which i did titi no avail. I asked if the black dye might be closer to my original color and was told they could send a bottle of black, but that would mean i could no longer get a refund. I asked for the refund, but was told i would have to pay for shipping for both bottles to be returned. That was going to be super inconvenient and costly, so i opted for the black instead. It just made the roots a darker red, so now I have an unused bottle of dark brown, a partially used bottle of dark brown, and a barely used bottle of black, all that do not work for me. I guess satisfaction is not really guaranteed. Great idea behind it, but definitely doesn't work for everyone
I was not expecting the results as seems to be in the advert. Not really happy with product. And I didn’t buy any subscriptions got this product and they sent me another bottle of it. And took my money out from my bank account. As I sent multiple emails but they didn’t respond to my email and didn’t made any refund
First time ive used this & its quite impressive, although the shades a bit reddish rather than brown but im hoping that may change the more i use it? Or may have to go a shade darker (im using medium brown) as my greys are quite dominant. Will see how it goes but 1st impressions are not bad at all

This product is so simple to use. Smells amazing and there are no harsh chemicals to dry out your hair. After waiting for what seemed like forever (4 - 5 weeks in reality) the shampoo arrived and it definitely met my expectations. Easy to use, no smell, no mess or residue on hands, clothing or towels. I did 6 pumps rather than 3 because I didn't feel like 3 covered all my roots. I'm blind without my glasses so definitely missed a spot or two so might do 8 pumps on my next application! Just used water to rinse out after 10 minutes, no conditioner and after a blow dry i was amazed with the results. My hair looks healthy, shiny, soft and the colour is fab. 4 out of 5 stars because I want to see how it pans out over the next couple of weeks before next application but so far (1 week later) I'm delighted.

Dark brown looks like light brown. Too expensive color shampoo for three times used.

Love it, it covers all the gray. I used to dye my grays once a week using normsl hair dye. When I found this product is quicker, it wont stain your skin and I do it once every two weeks yayyy!

It was easy to use and no mess. It made my hair soft feeling and no shedding of hair while rinsing the color out like the box dyes. Also my scalp hasn't itched the next day.
I really like being able to touch up without mixing a full dose of dye. Polar leaves my hair shiny and healthy looking. The dark brown has a definite Auburn tint to it, which I don't mind, but is different from other darker brown tones I have used. I am having to work a bit harder to direct the Polar color primarily onto new gray hair at my roots. I find if I repeatedly color over previously colored areas, they become much darker than the new gray coverage. I'm going to purchase a small quirt bottle so I can be more precise with the Polar application.
I like that it doesn’t have all the chemicals like regular dye but unfortunately it doesn’t cover as well or last as long.
Shorted me a bottle of dye and a jar of conditioner that I’ve been going through a lot of hassle of contacting and sending pictures, then I’ve been sent another package that was supposed to have the jar of conditioner and dye that only had the conditioner. So I’m still shy a bottle of dye at $40 that I’m still hassling over. Other than that the dye really works well dying my hair. Just need better customer service!
I ordered light brown hair color when I used it it turned my hair red do you have any suggestions? I like the way my hair feels just not the red
I actually haven't tried it yet because I had to get my hair done for a wedding while I was waiting for the shampoo to arrive but I'm looking forward to using it in a few weeks when my roots start growing again.
Coverage and cor ate excellent. Purple color is more red on me that purple but i love it.
