I purchased the red instant dye shampoo , I left it on a little longer than the recommended 10 minutes because I wanted a deeper red colour. As you can see it didn’t get my desired colour it’s more of a copper than a red . But I am still happy with how easy it was to apply and the result I got.
Sorry guys, I meant to put that i used the Purple shampoo. It does stain so I'd wear the gloves. I love my results and the colors it turned my hair. It covered my gray/white roots all of them. Left it on 25mins. Wore gloves to rinse it out. It made my hair shiny and silky too. Stop using harmful box dyes and give polar a try. 10 outta 10 for me.

I love how well my gray was covered, and it’s super simple to use. My only problem is the actual color. I wanted purple. The color on the bottle said purple. The shampoo was purple. But my hair is magenta. I’m not happy with it at all. If you developed a true, deep, dark purple I’ll definitely try again.

BUY WITH CAUTION!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT! Don’t expect an easy refund! Based on my experience, you’re lucky if you even get a response from their customer service team when requesting a return or refund. I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups, and their customer service has been extremely frustrating. Initially, they offered me an even exchange, even though I clearly stated in my email, along with attached photos (the red color on the glove was from the other brand I’ve been using), that the product did not work for my hair and that I wanted to return it for a refund. After several follow-up emails, they finally responded and offered either a partial refund or the option to proceed with a return. I replied asking two simple questions: 1. Should I also return the bottle I had already opened and the complimentary gift? 2. What would be the total refund amount I would receive if I proceeded with the return? They never answered either question! I sent multiple follow-up emails asking for clarification, and I have not heard back from them since. THIS COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their lack of communication and unwillingness to answer basic questions about their return process have left me feeling like I was scammed. As for the product itself, I absolutely DO NOT recommend their red color shampoo! The shampoo is not even red! When I pumped it out of the bottle, it looked more like a dark brownish-purple color. I tested it on a small section of my bright red hair, and instead of enhancing the red, it actually turned my hair a darker purple shade! I was extremely disappointed because the results were nothing like what was advertised. I purchased this shampoo expecting to maintain my vibrant red hair, not turn it purple! I will definitely be going back to the color shampoo brand I have always used because that product actually delivers the bright red color I want. BOTTOM LINE: BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! It is my opinion this product is not fit for purpose. It barely coloured my grey hairs and left them an embarrassing pale peach colour
The Dark brown isn't very dark, it's noticeably lighter than my natural color. It didn't cover my gray very well, too light. It turned my menopausal hair issues into a brittle, wiry, dried out nightmare. Also it colored my finger nails so that they looked dirty for a week. I noticed my roots within 7-10 days.

It didn’t work it dyed my hair reddish brown and I wanted black like the rest of my hair, I also dyed my husbands hair and his hair is naturally dark brown and the dark brown I ordered for him dyed his hair light golden brown he was so mad he shaved his head . Is a verry strong dye and it burned and felt hot my scalp all away through, lovely colour on my natural hair but didn't cover my grays at all, dissapointed, verry expensive dye aswell
So as soon as I got it read the instructions says 2 to 3 pumps. Nope I nearly used 1/4 of the bottle and dye only lasted 2 days got the greys coming back. Product didn't really do anything so I am doing it again a week later

The produce hardly works i used almost the whole bottle just to do my hair and you say it last for 6 months. 3 squirts would never cover my hair. It didnt even color my grays as you can see and my hair is still partially the blonde color it was before i dyed it. Does not work like it is advertised to.
